Urban Gray is a medium-gray flake palette with a neutral, low-contrast read that sits quietly in most environments. Finished with a satin polyaspartic topcoat. A fit for commercial offices, medical facilities, and light-industrial floors where the space itself does the talking.

Installation Process
HOW IT'S INSTALLED

Surface Grinding
The concrete is mechanically ground with diamond tooling to remove surface contaminants and open the slab for coating.

Profiling & Repair
Cracks, spalls, and control joints are filled with polyurea joint filler and ground flush. Moisture readings are taken before coating.

Epoxy Base Coat
The epoxy base coat is mixed on site and rolled onto the prepared surface.

Full-Broadcast Flake
Color flakes are broadcast into the wet base coat to full saturation. Excess flake is blown off and swept once cured.

Topcoat Application
A polyaspartic topcoat is rolled over the flake layer, locking in the color and sealing the surface.
06
Cure & Walkthrough
The floor is left to cure before it goes back into service. We walk the finished job with you before leaving the site.
